This journal aim is to communicate theoretical and practical research in the context of applied linguistics in the fields of teaching and language learning, with particular emphasis on the lexicography of learning. It is designed for a specialised audience. As well as making a contribution to linguistic knowledge, it aims to enrich the critical debate among researchers by focusing on methodological theory and practical work. Therefore, there is no room for articles that are merely informative or which give opinions, not conclusions drawn from rigorous research.
