This website provides Teaching and Research Staff (PDI) with a useful tool for objective data on the quality and impact of the academic journals in which we publish; information that is often scattered and not always easy to compile. That is why we believe that this resource is the answer to a growing need for bibliometric information on academic publications, and represents a particularly useful source of information for lecturers and professors who need to accredit their academic trajectory or studies and publications in the field of Translation and Interpreting Studies.

In these pages you will find a list of academic journals that cover this field along with quality indicators for the different resources that are validated by the accrediting bodies in our country: AQU, ANECA and CNEAI. The profile for each journal includes other useful information, such as links to the journals’ websites and different bibliographic catalogues where you can consult individual publication requirements, permission for self-archiving, whether the journal is open access or if peer reviewed.

This is a joint initiative between the Department of Translation and Interpreting and East Asian Studies and the Humanities Library staff at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. This is an on-going project subject to constant updating and improvements to offer a better service to the academic community.
